RETURN POLICY

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items purchased are eligible for return or exchange if we are notified of reason within 10 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all the original protective slips attached.

  • All items must be returned in same size set, as purchased.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Once shipment is received, it will be inspected for approval. Please allow us up to 10 days to process your request. Once return is processed we will notify you via email.

  • ALL items on SALE are nonreturnable. This includes items purchased with a promo code for a sale.

HOW TO MAIL YOUR RETURN

  • Return shipping must be paid by customer and sent to address provided. 

  • In order to initiate a return, please email info@starkswim.com for further instructions.

  • All return items must be received within 10 days of return confirmation.

  • Customer assumes full responsibility for loss or damage of these items during shipment. It is best if customer ships with a tracking number to ensure items are returned properly.
